Folegandros has one of the most comprehensive networks of public transport in Cyclades. The island is comprised of the routes Chora – Ano Meria and Chora – Karavostastis which were operated by the brothers Nikolaos and Iakovos Psaromiligkos. Always with passion and self-denial, for 30+ years, these routes were operating without any governmental support or funding.
In 2005, I. Psaromiligkos started to operate regularly also from Chora to Agkali a route which until then was only approachable by car or on foot.
The new generation, Georgios N. Psaromiligkos and Georgios I. Psaromiligkos continue the tradition of their fathers constantly bearing in mind the safety and timely transfer of the visitors to every corner in the island.
